Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who issues refunds on our behalf in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms.

1. Free trial first

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. The trial gives you full access. If AskMana isn't a fit, let the trial expire and you'll never be charged.

2. 14-day refund

You can request a full refund for any charge within 14 days of the payment date. No questions asked.

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@askmana.com from the email address on your AskMana account.
  2. Include the Paddle invoice number from your receipt email.

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle and appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Plan. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
